Nowhere is this more apparent than in the dabate over evolution. The very word &#8220;Christian&#8221; has come to be identified with &#8220;Creationism,&#8221; as though acceptance of the theory of evolution somehow disqualifies one as a Christian. What a shame. My own view is that both science and religion are legitimate paths of inquiry.
